We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. This is the return policy:
- You can return an item within 30 days of placing your order
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags must be attached
- Must be inside original zipper packaging
- Must be no stains/dog hairs/etc
If your return does NOT pass inspection, you will not receive a refund.
If your return is approved, you will be credited via your original method of payment. We will refund the price of your order, excluding shipping.

International Returns
If you are outside the US and want to return or exchange your order, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
